The incumbent plays an important role in supporting the overall management and operations of the organization. This role requires a dynamic and results-oriented professional with proven experience in operations management, and in supporting the CEO in various administrative, strategic, and organizational tasks.


Job Description

  • Data Analysis: Assists in collecting and analyzing data to furnish the CEO with insights into the company’s performance and key business metrics
  • Project Coordination: Support the CEO in various projects by coordinating teams and resources, ensuring project quality and efficient workflow
  • Team Collaboration and Management: Collaborate with fellow executives, department heads to cultivate a high-performing team
  • Problem-Solving: Handle diverse issues, complaints and requests, working alongside with the CEO to analyze problems and propose optimal solutions
  • Enhancing Efficiency: Understand the CEO’s work arrangements and provide suggestions for improving overall efficiency
  • Risk Identification and Management: Support the CEO in identifying and mitigating potential issues that may impact the organization, and actively contribute to the implementation of strategies to ensure seamless business continuity

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management or related fields. An MBA/MPA/MIR would be considered advantageous
  • More than 5 years of relevant work experience as an assistant to the president/senior management level with experience in managing or leading a team
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, strong organizational coordination skills, strong self-motivation, decision-making, and the ability to multitask
  • Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
