1. ORDER FULFILLMENT & WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT
- Manages the order fulfillment process for B2B and B2C, including all activities from receipt of the order to complete delivery of products to the customer.
- Communicate regularly with other departments to ensure timely product delivery
- Manages the order fulfilment for export orders, which includes the arrangement of booking a vessel and coordination with the customer’s appointed agent
- Plan, manage and evaluate logistics operations liaising with internal stakeholders and all aspect of 3PL
- Ensure that 3PL achieve their KPI
- Monitor to ensure all the Standard Operating Procedures are strictly adhered to for all order executions
- Deliver solutions to warehouse problems while maintaining high levels of quality and service within budgetary requirements.
2. LAST MILE & CROSS BORADER MANAGEMENT
- Assess and recommend ideal shipping methods, routing or carriers to meet necessary parameters, specifications and costs
- Recommend optimal transportation modes.
- Manages overall delivery planning, routing schedule
- Coordinate with Transporter on delivery schedules, issues and priorities.
3. INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
- Monitor the GR status with the 3Pl.
- Monitor Post Goods Issue (PGI) to be completed by 3PL
- Identify and resolve any inventory discrepancies and ensure inventory and system records are in agreement
- Ensure that Return Process is completed within specified timeline by ensuring warehouse completes the scan and ensuring that the Sales/Retail team creates the Return Note in the system.
- Monitor timely cycle count by 3PL.
- Lead the Stock take Planning
4. OTHER TASK
- Improve current SOP & Work instruction required for warehouse management and logistic operations.
- Perform a variety of data analysis and present findings to improve warehouse management and logistic operations.
