Job Overview:
We are seeking an accomplished Programme Lead with expertise in ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) to spearhead a critical initiative focused on the thorough assessment of infrastructure configurations, builds, and operational procedures for selected critical business applications within the top bank of Singapore. The Programme Lead will play a pivotal role in implementing ITIL best practices, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of IT service management processes, and analysing data related to application performance, incidents, and problems.
Key Responsibilities:
Programme Leadership:
- Take charge of the overall programme to assess infrastructure configurations, builds, and operational procedures for critical business applications within the bank.
- Provide strategic direction, ensuring alignment with ITIL best practices and organizational objectives.
ITIL Implementation:
- Apply ITIL principles to optimize IT service management processes related to infrastructure configuration assessment.
- Lead the adoption of ITIL frameworks, including incident management, problem management, and change management.
Team Coordination:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, system analysts, and technical experts, to ensure cohesive and coordinated efforts in the assessment process.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and adherence to ITIL methodologies.
Infrastructure Analysis:
- Oversee the detailed study of infrastructure configurations, build processes, and operational procedures for critical business applications.
- Ensure that ITIL practices are integrated into the analysis for improved service delivery.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Direct the analysis of data related to application performance, past incidents, and problems.
- Develop comprehensive reports and insights to inform decision-making and enhance IT service management.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement quality control measures aligned with ITIL standards to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the infrastructure assessment.
- Establish and enforce standardized assessment protocols and procedures.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including IT teams, business units, and senior management.
- Communicate programme progress, findings, and recommendations in a clear and timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Programme Lead or in a similar leadership role within the banking or financial sector.
- Certification in ITIL, demonstrating a deep understanding of IT service management best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation abilities.

- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the banking industry.
