Job Description：
• Taking and preparing orders
• Operating machines and other brewing equipment to create quality beverages
• To ensure that all equipment and in-store facilities comply strictly with MOH’s legislation and company policies and procedures
• Complying with health and safety laws and guidelines
• Ensure smooth running of the shop operations
• Providing prompt, friendly customer service and educating customers on the menu
• Cleaning work areas, machines, equipment, and tables
• Providing feedback to management and working with other baristas to ensure customer satisfaction
• Perform other administrative duties when necessary
• Must be able to work night shift and split shifts.
• Must be able to work extra hours if needed.
• Able to converse and write in Chinese to liaise with Mandarin-speaking vendors
• Able to work effectively in a team and respond cooperatively with other team members
