- IT related issues (email, network, purchasing new laptop and mobile for staff, coordination with IT vendors and Head Office & other countries etc.
- Contact window to/from Head Office
- Order seasonal amenities and Publication, Diary & Calendar, New Year Event & AnnualReport.
- Arrange article for PEOPLE magazine.
- Other general administration ad hoc job as instructed by management. (office equipment, car rental, office building, pest control, PDPA (disposal of confidential documents)
