Job Scopes:
* Research and advice on legal matters
* Assist in monitoring and following up on legal matters relating to the sales matters of the company.
* Assist in monitoring and applying for relevant intellectual properties and licenses for the company’s business operations.
* Draft and review contract and legal documents.
* Other ad hoc legal related tasks as and when required by the company.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Law
* Good command of English and Mandarin
