* Responsible for the daily financial operation (Sales/Purchase/Banking)
* Ensure timely and accurate recording and updating of accounts receivables and/or payable.
* Assist with various departments to raise purchasing requisition, quotations, invoices; ensuring efficient billing processes and follow-up.
* Assist with petty cash claims.
* Handle Inventory management, stock check.
* Manage filing of GST returns and related documents.
* Assist auditors on audit issue.
* Carry out all forms of administrative duties in support of the finance department and other miscellaneous adhoc duties.
