Job Description:
- Assist in full spectrum of QAQC tasks and internal audit exercise from design stage, construction stage and Conquas/ Quality Mark preparation stage.
- Assist in maintaining the Project Quality System in accordance with and company’s policy.
- Assist in verifying that Project Quality System established is being properly followed and that the construction works satisfy the contract / customer quality requirements.
- Establish inspection and test plans based on the contract.
- Coordinate the quality control aspect of the project.
- Report on operational procedures which affect quality and propose improvements to the project quality system.
- Prepare reports on Authority inspections (RI inspection, BCA TOP inspection etc.)
- Organize and conduct handling over punch walks with client and consultant team.
- Ensure all site inspection records, QAQC documents and TC records are up to date.
- Check, evaluate and confirm work done and material supply quantity status for the purpose of rectification works progress claims.
- Responsible for the compliance to safety & occupational health practices to be implemented at QAQC Section
- Attend internal and external meeting if required.
- Assist in all CONQUAS and QM assessments.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent
- Certified QM/ Conquas Manager will be added an advantages
- Familiar with local regulations pertaining to Builder’s Licence, Work Head Registration or other related requirements.
- Ability to analyze and synthesize complex issues quickly and propose counter measures to settle the issues.
- Good knowledge of documentation procedures
- Good verbal and written communication skills
