Job Description:
- Install and wire electrical systems, lighting, and fixtures following local codes and regulations.
- Ensure proper placement and functionality of electrical outlets, switches, and circuit breakers.
- Inspect electrical components, identify problems, and troubleshoot electrical issues.
- Test electrical systems and check circuit continuity for safety and functionality.
- Conduct repairs on faulty electrical wiring, equipment, or fixtures.
- Perform routine maintenance to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
- Adhere to safety standards and protocols when dealing with electrical systems.
- Implement safety measures to prevent electrical hazards.
- Interpret and follow electrical blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Collaborate with professionals like engineers to plan and execute electrical installations.
- Keep accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and installations.
- Document any modifications or upgrades to electrical systems.
- Communicate with clients to understand their electrical requirements and offer solutions.
- Provide guidance on energy-saving practices and electrical safety.
- Respond to emergency calls for electrical repairs or issues.
- Quickly diagnose problems and implement effective solutions.
- Stay informed about advancements in electrical technology and adhere to industry best practices.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Job Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience as an Electrician.
- Minimum Secondary or any electrical principles
- Familiarity with local electrical codes and regulations.
- Proficient troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Physical stamina and manual dexterity for hands-on work.
- Attention to detail and precision in tasks.
- Excellent communication and customer service capabilities.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team.
- Commitment to following safety protocols and guidelines.
