- Establish and maintain project management standards, processes, and best practices
- Ensuring that projects are executed efficiently
- Consistently to keep track/updates on the status for each projects
- Need to keep following up on the projects status proactively
- Assist to do powerpoint presentation slides
Requirements
- At least 2-5 years of working experiences, preferably in banking environments
- Poly or Uni graduates
- Proven experiences and strong knowledges in project management or a similar role
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
- Preferably to have IT background
- Good in preparing powerpoint presentation slides, and good in Excel (privot table and V-lookup etc.), experiences in Jira is a plus
- Proactive, meticulous and eye for details and sense of urgency
- Candidate must speak and write well
