Work Location: Raffles Place
Work Hours : 9.00am to 5.00pm
Job Responsiblities:
- Establish and develop new business opportunities with potential customers.
- Work closely with operations / accounts / sales teams to ensure that sales, operational and business performance targets are achieved.
- To monitor and ensure that customers make prompt payment. All discrepancies to be resolved or rectified promptly.
- To exceed sales targets in accordance with the requirements provided by the Sales Management and company policies.
- Participate in contract and price negotiations with customers.
- Carry out sales calls/ sales visits.
- Ad hoc job duties as requested by Country Manager.
Job Requirement
- At least 2 to 3 years of related sales experience in forwarding or NVOCC.
- Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
- Sales driven and results oriented with proven track record to keep and grow accounts
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Determined to succeed and has a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
- Has strong passion to grow with the company
Education :
Min Diploma and above Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in operation & Logistics or related fields.
Basic salary : $ 3500 to $5000 commensurate with work experience + Commission + AWS + allowance.
