The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.
Job Details:
- Basic Salary up to $3,200 (Depends on experience) + Quarterly Incentive
- Locaton: Raffles
- Working Hours & Days: Mon to Fri – 9AM to 630PM
- Permanent Role
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with their inquiries related to banking products and perform cross-sell or upsell through client servicing
- To follow up on sales leads for successful closure
- Coordinates with key stakeholders to deliver excellent service.
- To complete and facilitate anti-attriction for exisiting bank clients
- Assists in other du?es assigned by the team manager
Requirements:
- Minimum a Degree
- Preferable if the candidate has experience handling inbound/outbound calls or is currently in the banking industry
