Responsibilities
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Volunteer Stipend/Allowance
- Expenditure and spending
- Manage, maintain and update the volunteer database system
- Forms
- Volunteering hours and movement
- Assigning roles and responsibilities
- Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Assist with scheduling meetings and sharing sessions with community partners, and arrange for logistics and manpower required for meetings
- Ensure that reports and presentations/proposals are submitted promptly
- Support with event and project management
Requirements
- Diploma, preferably in business administration, management, or office administration and/or
- At least 1 – 2 years of working experience and enjoy working in a hybrid environment
- Possesses good interpersonal skills; don’t mind ensuring end-to-end communications is closely followed up
- Tech Savvy and proficient in basic computer applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Systematic and love paying attention to details
- Record keeping and documentation skills
- Able to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision
- Prepared to work after office hours and on weekends
