As a Sales Executive at Red Peaks Solutions Pte. Ltd., you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and effectively communicating the value of our consultancy services. You will work closely with our team of consultants and analysts to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients in our key markets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and collaborate with the consultancy team to develop proposals.
- Lead negotiations and close deals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Attend industry events and conferences for networking and business development.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and competitive landscape.
Requirements and skills:
- Strong understanding of the consultancy market and business trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
