Job Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Execute strategic KYC regulatory change driven by senior leadership team
- Provide guidance and advisory to internal stakeholders with respect to KYC/SOW procedures and workflow
- Liaise closely with regional regulators on KYC/AML related matters
- Accountable for roll-out and embedding of the CDD/KYC initiatives and policy change
- Work with the relevant Compliance and Risk stakeholders to ensure processes are fit for purpose and meet regulatory requirements.
- Design of global processes and controls ensuring local requirements are considered, while adhering to Group standards.
- Single point of contact to stakeholders for roll out of policies and embedment of procedures.
- Comply and adhere to regulatory, compliance and internal policies, including responses to transaction monitoring alerts
Secondary Responsibilities
- Administrative support and other duties as assigned by Management
- Complete timely all mandatory regulatory and compliance training
- Any other duties assigned by line managers
Job Requirements
- Degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics or related disciplines
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in the Banking environment, preferably, Private Banking
- Relevant experience in AML/ KYC/SOW processes and regulations
- Able to perform accurate, precise and timely mannered operations.
- Excellent understanding and knowledge in Banking and Investment products.
- Strong team player with high level of initiative with sustainable and continuous desire and efforts to tackle and break through difficult tasks in order to establish client base.
- Excellent communication skills with a pleasing personality.
- Strong client servicing skill and ability to deal with complex issues.
