Responsibilities
- Order Processing
- Responsible for handling exports/shipping operations to global markets
- Liaise with external parties and coordinate shipments with respective factories/Customers/Service Provider
- Generate invoices, prepare shipping documents and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Arrange GST supporting documents submission to accounting department
- Verify service provider bills
Requirements
- GCE O Levels & above
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to work independently in a fast paced environment
- Individuals with some experience with shipping documentation will have added advantage
