  • Working hours : Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm (Flexible)
  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3000 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave
  • Duration : Permanent
  • Industry : Business Management Consultant

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monthly and Yearly Salary Computation
  • Yearly Submission of AIS
  • Recruitment
  • Application of Employment Passes
  • Handles Accounts Receivable Section
  • Follow up remittance and outstanding payments with clients
  • Ad-hoc Administrative Duties for example: Purchasing office items supplies, Documentation and Filing, etc

Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years in working in Accounts Receivables Section and HR duties (preferably)
  • Diploma holder and above
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Standard Accounting System
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
