- Oversee the complete range of General Ledger functions for a property portfolio.
- Conduct month-end GL closure, prepare audits, related party assessments, tax schedules, and handle ad-hoc tasks as needed.
- Manage full GL functions and month-end closures for smaller entities.
- Generate variance analyses for the property portfolio.
- Provide support to the finance team on any ongoing ad hoc projects.
Requirements:
- Hold a Diploma in Accountancy/Finance.
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Proficient in SFRS, Companies Act, and other accounting regulations.
- Skilled in MS Office, particularly MS Excel, and experienced with SAP systems.
- Candidates with previous experience in REITs or publicly listed companies will have an added advantage.

- Salary: S$ 3,800 (+ 1 month completion bonus)
- Working days: Mon-Fri, 830-6pm (hybrid work arrangement: 1 day WFH)
