Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Digital Ambassador focused on promoting digital banking solutions. As the front of house you will be assisting customers with enquires related to ATM transactions & Internet Banking.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactive sharing, understanding and knowing customers banking needs and refer customers to adopt digital platforms and use cashless where suitable for enhanced customers’ experience and journey.
• Be familiar and proactively keeps up to date with latest banking products and services to suggest as alternative solutions to customers where fitting
•Assist in customers’ general enquiries and ensure service delivery standards at all times including attending service huddles with branch team
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE “O” levels
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
