- Generate quality work in BIM modelling, shop drawings and meet the submission schedule
- Liaise & Coordinate with project stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and issues.
- Work closely with Project Manager & project teams to ensure drawings/models are as per site requirements.
- Able to identify drafting errors and highlight them to the project team immediately.
- Responsible to create and maintain a high quality of BIM model is priority.
- Attend site meetings with consultants and supervisors
- Perform other drafting related duties as and when assigned by supervisor
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Job location: Singapore (All Candidates are required to work onsite in Singapore)
· Degree/Diploma or equivalent in Architectural / Civil & Structural/ Electrical & Mechanical
· Well versed in AutoCAD, Revit Architecture/Structure and knowledge in Revit MEP
· Must possess relevant BIM training certificates
· At least 2 years’ experience of BIM modelling and coordination in construction firm of a large project
· Able to work with minimum supervision and as a team
