Responsibilities:
- Be a part of Advertising, Marketing & Promotions team in Commercial Division.
- Internal stakeholders and brand liaison for publicity and communications plans pertaining to the pop up, including digital communications via APP, EDM, Websites, Social Media etc
- Plan, develop and implement social media and digital contents that are inline with pop up experiences to maximize visibility and publicity.
- Assist in trade marketing initiatives such as TFWA and FAB awards for registrations, logistics and artworks adaptations.
- Marketing expenditure tracking and processing.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare post-campaign report.
- Assist in other ad-hoc marketing projects and duties from time to time.
Requirements:
- Diploma holders with 2 years of experience/ undergraduate – preferably with a diploma / degree in Mass Communication, Business/Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism
- Creative and meticulous individual with great initiative and a positive attitude.
- Strong desire to learn with a sense of ownership.
- Able to manage stress and challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Competency in Microsoft Office software such as MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel is required.
- Knowledge of design know-how and skillsets in photo editing programs such as Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
- May be required to work on weekends during special marketing campaigns/ events, but time off will be given.
- Must be fully vaccinated as this position requires the employee to return to the workplace.
