IT EXECUTIVE – PERMANENT
Responsibilities:
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware and software assets
- Manage, track, and maintain hardware and software asset inventories for laptops, smartphones, and other IT hardware and peripherals
- Ensure overall security of IT assets
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT
- Help define IT processes in order to improve department efficiency
- Suggest recommendations to improve the overall IT infrastructure
- Assess and purchase new or replacement hardware where necessary
- Any other duties as directed by the management
Requirements:
- Diploma in Information Technology, Information Systems, a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Working knowledge of macOS and networks will be an added advantage.
- Possess strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Strong ability to prioritise.
- Able to be on standby after office hours when required.
