• Minimum 10 years as a Functional Architect, Strategic Consultant, Data Architect, or Business Analyst
• In-depth knowledge of finance and capital markets with a full understanding of the business and technical challenges facing the industry
• A data-centric vision and a passion for innovation in the design and implementation of digital services and around data exchange (event-driven architecture, APIs, etc.).
• Experience with agile practices at scale (SAFe, Spotify, etc.).
• Able to collaborate with senior business and executive stakeholders and animate functional architecture discussions
• In-depth knowledge of Domain Driven Design architecture practices and artefact modeling (C4, UML, ArchmiMate)
• Knowledge of Design Patterns including event-driven, Micro-services/API, CQRS and Data Mesh architectures
• Mastery of modelling languages and notations (ArchmiMate, UML, BPMN).
• Knowledge of standard market models (FPML/CDM).
• Focus on the executablity of logical architecture, though pragmatism and analytical reasoning
• Knowledge of innovative technologies such as Blockchain/DLT and Digital Assets
