You will work hand in hand with senior leaders to drive key strategic programs that develop our next generation of high potential talent. Your Key Responsibilities:
- Support Regional Head of T&D in driving regional talent management strategy & respective initiatives
- Partner with regional HR Business Partners and respective country heads to meet regional T&D needs
- Work closely with colleagues across HR to operationalize learning solutions and maximize the use of resources, knowledge and best practices.
- Deliver bank-wide Training & Development products, consulting with senior business leaders and HR Business Partners
- Identify, develop, and deliver internally and externally facilitated learning solutions, selecting and/or overseeing vendors where relevant.
- Deliver development initiatives for key talent segments including tailored 1:1 interventions (e.g., transition coaching, career coaching, consulting, psychometrics)
- Design and facilitation of group workshops for regional divisional management teams and/or talent segments
- Drive engagement with our learning platform (LearningHub) and curate learning resources to support learning plans, enabling accessible and relevant learning solutions for employees across APAC.
- Identify divisional ‘future skills’ to develop learning solutions.and skill-building interventions
- Drive projects end-to-end to ensure objectives are delivered in a structured and commercially relevant way.
- Manage and deliver relevant divisional training, development, and talent programmes.as needed
- Participate in the delivery of strategic change initiatives that have an organisation-wide impact.
- A special focus on supporting our Infrastructure functions for the responsibilities above including ownership and end-to-end delivery of global infrastructure-wide projects and initiatives; representing APAC as a member of the global Infrastructure T&D team
Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirements may apply.
Job Requirements :
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in a Talent and Development function, either in a Multi-National Corporate (MNC) or Banking environment.
- Experience of working in a global organization and being a member of regional and or global teams
- Has experience in partnering with regional senior stakeholders, COO teams, HR Business, HR Country Heads, Partners and external providers
- Collaborative with proven communication, facilitation and presentation skills; ability to articulate content to senior management; confidence and ability to work with our most senior managers
- Experience in design and delivery program management content
- Experience in translating business requirements into actionable development solutions
- Practitioner experience in developing and delivering 1:1 bespoke individual interventions for key talent segments (e.g. coaching, psychometrics, career consultation, transition coaching)
- Has formal certification in Executive Coaching
- Ability to influence management teams and showcase / represent bank-wide products
- Ability to take a learning need and co-design and deliver unique and engaging development solutions with stakeholders including non-programmatic solutions (e.g. informal learning solutions)
