The SAP Delivery Lead will orchestrate multiple workstream(s) across the entire value chain to ensure on time implementation of a new ERP platform (S/4 Hana) and its surrounding IT ecosystem for the Snacks business unit. This will include both the manufacturing facility and sales / trading office setup.
You have direct accountability for the timeliness and quality of services that are provided by our staff and third-party service providers, including but not limited to milestones spanning RFP, tender evaluation, joint project planning and mobilization, business process blueprinting, build to delivery phase(s) and subsequent hyper care, run and support.
HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Program planning and mobilization phase
- Lead and drive RFP process. Evaluate and drive joint evaluation on vendor partners.
- Lead, co-create and execute plan between selected vendor partner and the business BPO (Business process owners) designate(s), regional and global stakeholders to develop execution overall program/project plan.
- Ensure regional/global enterprise team stakeholder (enterprise architects, center teams, leadership) alignment and endorsement in overall program/project plan, including execution of internal gating and governance processes.
Business Process Blueprinting phase
- Lead, co-create and execute plan between selected vendor partner and the business BPO (Business process owners) designate(s), regional and global stakeholders, by workstreams, and overall, to develop execution overall blueprinting/workshop plan.
- Workstreams includes and not limited to the following: IBP, OTC, PTP/PTR, PP/MFG/QM, FICO/Closing, GBS/Logistics & Distribution, Master Data, Enterprise HR and other surrounding ERP Ecosystems workstreams.
- Accountable to define deliverables and ensure delivery per acceptance criteria as spelt out in overall business process blueprinting exercise.
Build to Delivery phase
- Lead, co-create and execute delivery plan between selected vendor partner and the business BPO (Business process owners) designate, by workstreams and regional/global stakeholders.
- Workstreams will include non-technical workstreams including but not limited to OCM (Organization change management), Training, Master data cleansing and preparation.
- Orchestrate across all workstreams to ensure OTIF delivery pegged against agreed milestones.
- Accountable for overall program delivery across all technical workstreams OTIF.
- Joint accountability with designated overall BPO on overall business outcome deliveries OTIF.
- Work with designated project manager to ensure project cadences and steering co sessions are executed, and conformance to internal gating and governance processes.
- Close collaboration and management of external vendor partner to ensure delivery per acceptance criteria as spelt out in overall SOW agreed, including subsequent post Go Live activities including but not limited to Hypercare, Knowledge Transition, and handing over to Kellogg organic support team.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
- A degree in Tech / Information Systems.
- At least 7 years of relevant technical and business work experience, essentially in the domains of SAP ERP delivery.
- Good Knowledge and proven experience in SAP ECC6/SAP S/4 HANA.
- Proven track record and experiences in the following domains is a must - SAP IBP, APO, MRP, PTP, PP, WMS, MDM processes. Familiar with full end 2 end workstreams for OTC, MM, PTP, PP, RTR. Experience with shopfloor digitization involving integrating OT with backend ERP process / IT.
- Proven track record in leading/driving business process blue printing activities, both in house and/or with an external agency. Advocate of business process template (greenfield, or bespoke based on best practices). If-not, why-not mindset.
- Proven track record in Identifying opportunities for simplifications and digitization of various work process across the organization, especially in a manufacturing setup (both process and technology).
- Ability to engage with functional business leaders, as well as with delivery teams at an operational level.
- Hands-on experience leading such areas end-to-end and track record of delivering results and business value. In-depth knowledge of business operations and IT processes, in a manufacturing context.
- Able to travel to international / domestic locations based on project demands.
