Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day basic administrative duties (e.g. , preparing of order tags, issuing of delivery orders & invoices, paperwork filing, updating records, data entry, etc.)
- Answer and resolve any queries received from customers regarding orders.
- Complete ad-hoc admin duties as assigned
- Training provided
Requirements:
- GCE "O" / "N" levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel)
- Detailed, meticulous and hardworking
- Able to read/speak English
- Positive learning and working attitude
