Salt is looking for a Software Application Manager for one of its tech clients to be based in Singapore for 12-months & extendable contract assignment. You will lead project teams, manage project scopes, budgets, schedules, and ensure the successful execution of IT projects from initiation to completion. Job Scope :
- Plan, manage, and execute small to medium size process improvement initiatives.
- Participation in business meeting with Partner and Business Development team in Tender, Business Requirement meeting and assisting the business team in the solution document preparation.
- Present the project progress, milestone, management implementation with a larger development (offshore) and implementation team (onsite) for timely delivery.
- Key personnel in account management of the existing key clients, secure new CRs that turns into newer revenue.
- Participating in weekly, monthly working comm meetings, implement business process, change control, and explore the feasibility of getting additional revenue to the organization through Change Requests or new business initiatives.
Job Qualification :
- At least 8+ years of relevant work experience
- Have a passion in project management or service delivery in the IT Infrastructure domain.
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities, and strategic mindset to advise and manage both internal and external partners.
- Result oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to drill down to details.
