Job Summary
As a customer-focused role, this position is responsible to provide efficient services and attending to all guests professionally in accordance to the standards set out by the Company, and to assists with smooth daily operational activities in the TWG Salon & Boutique. Reporting to the Store Manager, this position will be situated in the Tea Salon & Boutique and is required to follow the weekly duty roster as planned out by the Store Manager.
Job Descriptions (Airport & Town)
• Gift-wrapping of packaged teas and tea accessories
• Assist to prepare guests orders to ensure that all items are prepared and served promptly
• Promote and sell our range of retail items and products to walk-in customers
• Setting & cleaning tables
• Greeting customers at store front
• Other ad hoc duties
Requirements
• Pleasant and well-groomed
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• This is a hands-on and customer-focused position, we require people with drive, efficiency and assertiveness
• High initiative and positive attitude
• Will be assign to work in Airport or Town area
