Our Client is a leading turnkey construction engineering company, with a regional office in Singapore as well as a legacy of diverse building and civil engineering projects worldwide.
Responsibilities
We’re looking for an independent M&E Manager with strong experience in civil construction projects to manage and coordinate mechanical & electrical engineering aspects of the project, ensuring they meet objectives.
- Manage, plan and coordinate mechanical & electrical engineering aspects of the assigned projects;
- Ensure that project deadlines as well as cost and quality standards are met;
- Coordinate mechanical & electrical engineering designs;
- Develop shop drawings and review submissions from subcontractors;
- Liaise with consultants for project details;
- Work closely with other engineering teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering;
- At least 5 to 7 years of experience in similar construction projects;
- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD and REVIT;
- Ability to lead and manage a team;
- Sense of responsibility and ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Sense of initiative and motivation, with a good work ethic.
Employment Details
- This is a permanent role;
- Working hours: 5 days per week.
