Responsibilities:

● Generating leads and opportunities through existing connections, prospecting and events

● Establishing the Business needs of the customer and suggesting appropriate

services/products

● Managing and maintaining the customer relationship

● Explaining technical and business information to customers in a way that is easily

understandable

● Following up with customers and resolving any issues that may arise

● Keeping customers informed about new products/ services

● Compiling proposals and reports (on CRM, and other reports)

● Ensuring that sales targets are consistently met

● Reporting to management about sales made

● Updating records of customer communications and contact information

Requirements:

● Experience in Sales and IT industry

● Proven Experience and Network in one of the following sectors: Retail & FMCG;

Manufacturing; Healthcare; FSI; Public; Other


● Fluent in both spoken and written English (Mandarin is good to have)

● Superb written and verbal communication skills

● Strong time-management and multitasking abilities

● Proficiency with office applications, and aptitude for learning new software and systems

● Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information

● A bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or a related field
