Job Description

  • Management and processing of sales orders / customer inquiries / complaints / feedback
  • Manage key account customers' expectations for any enquiries
  • Coordinate with and provide support to respective departments.
  • Provide sales support for Department Manager
  • Work with the operations team on operations issues, resolve service issues highlighted and ensure that customer's performance measurements are met.
  • Provide quotations to customers with necessary follow up and liaison.
  • Warehouse daily operations

Job Requirement

  • Preferably with at least 1-2 years relevant experience
  • Excellent customer service skills, spoken, written ability communicate at all levels
  • Possess good analytical abilities with interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge in Microsoft office
  • Experience in E-Commerce is a plus
