Job Description
- Management and processing of sales orders / customer inquiries / complaints / feedback
- Manage key account customers' expectations for any enquiries
- Coordinate with and provide support to respective departments.
- Provide sales support for Department Manager
- Work with the operations team on operations issues, resolve service issues highlighted and ensure that customer's performance measurements are met.
- Provide quotations to customers with necessary follow up and liaison.
- Warehouse daily operations
Job Requirement
- Preferably with at least 1-2 years relevant experience
- Excellent customer service skills, spoken, written ability communicate at all levels
- Possess good analytical abilities with interpersonal skills
- Knowledge in Microsoft office
- Experience in E-Commerce is a plus
