About Our Client

Currently they are looking for a Brand Lead to join their team. The Brand Lead will be responsible for shaping and executing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, market share and overall performance.
Job Description
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with organisational goals
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes
- Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to promote brand awareness and engagement
- Work closely with internal teams to align brand initiatives with overall business objectives
- Foster strong relationships with external partners and agencies to support brand activities
- Develop and manage budgets for brand initiatives, ensuring optimal allocation of resources
- Ensure brand compliance with industry regulations and standards
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor Degree in Biologics, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical, Food Science, Nutrition or relevant field
- Proven experience in brand management within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and consumer behaviour
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams
