Our client is an MNC conglomerate that is looking for an experienced sales operations manager for their newly diversified insurance broking division. You will be reporting to the Head of Sales Operations.
Your new role
Below are some of the key responsibilities for the role;
Generate illustrations and quotations for sales consultants’ meetings
Provide sales support and after-sales policy services support
Prepare KYC documentation and insurer’s application forms
What you'll need to succeed
- At least 3 years working experience in case management with experience in HNW clients in the insurance broking industry.
- Strong understanding of different underwriting requirements
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
