Responsibilities
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage, plan and oversee projects to ensure that they meet project objectives.
- Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule adherence;
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans and specifications;
- Oversee project budgets, cost estimates, and financial reporting;
- Coordinate and supervise construction activities, ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations;
- Monitor project progress, manage risks and communicate with stakeholders in a timely manner;
- Resolve project issues, conflicts, and obstacles in a timely and effective manner;
- Manage project documentation, contracts, and variation orders;
- Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
Requirements
- Recognised degree in Building or Civil Engineering, or any relevant discipline;
- At least 12 – 15 years of experience in similar civil engineering projects;
- Experience in risk and change management;
- Analytical skills and the ability solve complex problems;
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities;
- Familiarity with risk management and mitigation strategies;
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Employment Details
- This is a permanent position;
- Working hours: 5 days per week.
