RESPONSIBILITY
· Experience in pre & post contract administration
· Prepare tender cost submission / pricing / quantity take off / cost evaluation
· Obtaining quotations, liaising and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers
· Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off
· Prepare Variation Orders, claims and final accounts,
· Prepare sub contracts and sub-contractor payments
· Competent in completing required obligations within stipulated timings and other constraints.
· All other QS related job
REQUIREMENTS:
• Degree / Diploma in Building or its equivalent
• Able to work independently
• At least 5 years of working experience with main contractor
• High level of integrity, responsibility, good team player and helpful
• Salary package commensurate with experience
• Candidates with more years of experience may be considered for a senior role.
• 5.5 days’ work per week (alternate Saturday off)
