Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the complete set of accounts for designated entities, including creating month-end schedules for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Supervise daily financial operations and maintain accurate bookkeeping records.
- Calculate and consolidate the valuation of inventory assets.
- Compile and assist in the preparation of financial documentation required for submission to regulatory authorities, such as Financial Statements, ECI statements, income tax, and GST reporting.
- Administer lease agreements and financial contracts as needed.
- Manage Intercompany transactions between related entities.
- Generate monthly management reports to track and analyze financial performance.
- Collaborate and liaise with tax agents and external accountants when outsourcing specific accounting tasks.
- Undertake corporate secretarial responsibilities for the assigned entities.
- Perform additional administrative tasks and responsibilities as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
- At least 4 years in the full set of Accounting handling more than one company account.
- Related experience in the F&B sector would be advantageous.
- Able to prepare and submit GST.
- Familiar with the Accpac accounting system.
- Strong administrative and communication skills
- Have supervisory experience and possess strong leadership skills. Be a team player, responsible, and with initiative.
