- Client Relationship Cultivation: Foster and strengthen relationships with existing clients, focusing on understanding their needs and preferences to encourage asset growth.
- Portfolio Analysis Support: Collaborate with investment analysts to understand client portfolio performance. Use this knowledge to inform discussions with clients about their portfolio growth.
- Client Retention Initiatives: Implement and manage client retention strategies, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Feedback and Insights Gathering: Collect and analyze client feedback to understand their needs better. Share insights with the product and advisory teams to enhance service offerings.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the advisory and product teams to align client interests with suitable opportunities within the firm.
- Reporting and Compliance: Monitor and report on AUM growth among your client base. Ensure all activities are compliant with regulatory requirements.
skills and experience required
- Preferably a Diploma/Degree in any relavant field
- A minimum 2 years of experience in banking sales is preferred.
