Job Scope
- Process orders from customers and prepare shipping documents
- Arrange booking of freight services with customers or co-loaders and carriers and coordinate with the operations team on the delivery schedule
- Arrange custom clearance and declare permits
- Follow cargo or material-handling security procedures and support the department in incident or crisis management initiatives
- Prepare billing to customers
- Organize documentation for specialized cargo, transhipment and transloading operations
- Estimate resources required for project activities accurately
- Execute operational policies, standards, and procedures
- Manage daily transhipment documentation.
- Arrange and monitor transhipment connection.
Requirement
- ‘O’ Level and above
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experiences in Logistics Industry
