Job Scope
- Liaising with existing customer and handling customer enquiry and feedback.
- Raise parts quotation to Customer enquiry (include freight cost).
- Raise Delivery Order and Invoice.
- Update Sales and Purchase report for spare parts items.
- Update Supplier listing.
- Follow up on Workers course training.
- Consolidate Supplier data update.
- Follow up new parts status order.
- Familiar in order processing, Issue PO, DO.
- Work closely with business, distributors/end customers, internal customers to ensure timely delivery of equipment.
- Coordinator work process and information to ensure the timely arrival of heavy equipment or delivery information to customer.
Requirement
- Diploma in Business Administration / Engineering or equivalent
- 3 – 5 years of experience in handling operation / customer service coordination
- Knowledge in heavy equipment such as reach stacker, crawler crane, excavators will be an added advantages
