Our Company is expanding and we’re looking for experienced and dynamic candidate to join us In the Event and Exhibition Support Industry.
The successful applicant will work with the Project Manager.
- Assist the Project Manager in preparing costing and quotation to clients.
- Manage projects by monitoring the production stage to the installation stage according to the client specifications and requirements.
- Liaise with various suppliers and sub-contractors to source, coordinate in relation to the projects on hand and ensure smooth delivery to clients.
- Assist with follow-up actions for respective clients.
- Assist in onsite execution and delivery of event.
- At least 1 year of experience in events and exhibitions support industry.
- Knowledge of Ms Office applications (word/excel/power point).
- Excellent in spoken & written English.
- Strong team player and yet able to work independently.
- Able to handle tight deadlines and pressure.
- Knowledge of design software such as Photoshop & Illustrator is a plus but not necessary
