What we seek to accomplish together:
- Perform basic administration and check to ensure system is running as expected in terms of performance and security.
- Generation of Monthly Reports
- Serve as the Technical Support expert and capable of handling escalations, incidents, outages and infrastructure challenges.
- Develop & maintain technical and configurations documentation
- Ensures the highest level of systems and infrastructure availability
- Ensure the system are up to date against vulnerability
- Support Level 1 Engineers during problem determination and resolution whenever necessary.
- Maintains standard operating procedures (SOP), processes and guidelines.
- Willing to do 24 X 7 standby
A little about you:
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Engineering / Information Technology or the related field
- At-least 1 years working experience in IT infra Systems
- Familiar with SolarWinds
- Has hands-on experience with Active Directory, Hyper V, SCCM, SCVMM, PKI, NetBackup
- Strong knowledge on firewall and network infrastructure topology
- Checkpoint Firewalls, PaloAlto Firewalls, Fortinet Firewall, VPN Technologies, DNS, NTP, 2 Factor Authentication technologies
- Ability to work independently or as a team player
