Responsibilities
- Usher customers to their seats
- Attend to customers enquiries and complaints (if any)
- Clearing of tables and empty dishes where necessary
- Ensure guests' needs and requests is fulfilled
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Customer orientated
- Able to stand for long hours (4 hours or more)
- Able to commit 3 days per week
- Able to commit long-term or 3 months and above
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
- Comfortable with handling and serving alcoholic beverages
