Responsibilities:
· This role will involve conduct studies on cross-functional activities. The key objectives are to:
o Understand and support process improvement activities;
o Map end to end process;
o Provide project management;
o Provide findings and recommendations to eliminate non value added activities without compromising in compliance and control;
· This role will assist heavily in term of project management and administrative support to ensure the success of key projects, with strong focus on the regional project for D365 deployment;
· Provides regular updates to senior management on progress;
· Support in development and/or deployment of POC via automation tools (IE Power platform / UI path)
· Support in admin and documentation
Requirements
· An effective team player who is self-driven, able to work independently within a fast paced environment and able to manage ambiguity
· Project Management skillset, with past credentials of handling mid to big scale projects
· Experience in implementation of operational improvement initiatives preferred
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Good presentation skills and able to write well
· Basic understanding of D365 structure
· Functional knowledge in at least 1x workflow automation and 1x dashboarding tools
· Problem solving skills coupled with analytical thinking
· Team player
· Good Degree in Business Management/ Engineering/ Computer Science or equivalent
· Minimum 3 years of working experience
