Purpose: To provide secretarial and administrative support to President and assigned departments.
PONSIBILITIES & TASKS:
· Perform secretarial and administrative duties for President and assigned Senior Management team
· Handle incoming calls, attend to enquiries and sorting of mails
· Manage internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management
· Handle all travel arrangements for the President and assigned departments
· Schedule appointments and coordinate arrangements for meetings, workshops and tele-conferences
· Coordinate and follow-up with Operating countries to request for essential information
· Prepare presentation materials and reports
· Maintain an efficient filling system
· Assist with various special projects as needed
· Process expense claims
· Provide logistic support to new hires
· Coordinate ad hoc events including ordering of beverages as and when required
· Perform any other duties as assigned
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications, skills and experiences:
· 5-7 years Secretarial / Administration experience
· Secretarial Diploma/’A’ Levels/Diploma
· Matured individual with good communication & interpersonal skills
