JOB TITLE: Sales Manager (Sales Management Trainee)
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Sales Management Trainee (to be considered for full time employment as Sales Manager after the attachment). This is a good opportunity for someone who is proactive and ambitious to grow within the company.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
You will be an integral part of our team, playing a key role in supporting Sales functions within the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify potential clients through research, cold calling, and networking.
- Generate and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct product/service presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating value propositions.
- Address client inquiries and objections to secure sales.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and act as a liaison between clients and the company.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to optimize sales efforts.
- Provide feedback to the team regarding customer needs and preferences.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and close sales deals with clients.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for Sales.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
