Job Description:
This position will be supporting the projects managed by Admin & Registry Ops. The job scope includes:
a) Support Admin officer in their day-to-day operations such as office supplies inventory management, processing of invoices and gifts management.
b) Support Registry officer in their day-to-day operations such as inventory management, mail management, digitisation of files and etc.
Work Arrangement:
Location: Near Clarke Quay MRT Station
Contract Duration: 3 months
Salary: TBA/Monthly Rated
Working Hours:
5 days (8.30am to 6pm Mondays to Thursdays, 8.30am to 5.30pm on Fridays)
Job Requirements:
- Familiar with administrative tasks
- Must be comfortable with software such as MS Office.
