Our Client, a leading and well-known Private Health Institution in Singapore is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Telemed.
Summary:
- Location: Lavender
- Working Hours: Monday - Sunday, between 8am - 10:30pm (8 hours shift)
- Industry: Healthcare
- Full time benefits entitlement
Responsibilities:
- Schedule patient appointments and make reminder calls.
- Obtain patient address, contact details, insurance information and medical history
- Maintain patient data up-to-date and verify patient information at every visit
- Identify patient’s insurance coverage and collect co-payments
- Process credit card payments and balance daily cash deposits
Requirements:
- Experience in healthcare sector will be an advantage
- A team player who is also able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Computer proficiency
- Able to commit shifts
