Communicating with upper management to develop strategic operations goals.Planning and scheduling of rosters. Creating and managing the operation and capital budget and expenses.Oversee all activity of a specific department or area in a company. Ensure operation is moving smoothly. They also report their findings to upper management as needed.They work full-time hours and may need to work overtime when required. Able to hands-on when required.
