Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Ensure all incoming customer requests are handled promptly and professionally
- Provide sales/administrative support and Serve as the key liaison between sales team and customers for order-related communications and issues
- Maintain diligent tracking of all leads, activities, and sales information to ensure accurate documentation in the sales automation system
- Create new accounts, generate quotations, and maintain information in the ERP system
- Pre-qualify and distribute incoming leads to the appropriate Regional Sales Managers
- Manage small to medium-sized accounts as the primary contact for all account needs
- Identify new potential opportunities by following and analyzing industry and market trends
- Support necessary import/export logistics for order fulfillment
- Assist in coordinating marketing activities such as trade shows and exhibitions
Your ideal qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent experience
- Experience in inside sales, sales support, and/or customer service role
- Prior experience with Salesforce strongly preferred
- Superior interpersonal, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
- Strong critical thinking skills and are an independent problem solver
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
- Previous experience working for an international B2B company with a direct sales and distribution model strongly preferred.
