Who We Need:
We're seeking a dynamic Junior Frontend or Full-Stack Engineer with a flair for crafting engaging user interfaces and a keen interest in solving complex user problems. You should be enthusiastic about frontend technologies, UX design, and eager to contribute to product direction and strategy.
Your Role:
- Collaborate closely with our Head of Engineering and cross-functional teams to enhance and innovate our products.
- Directly impact user experience at scale, influencing positive health outcomes.
- Contribute to the evolution of our product, focusing on scalability and effectiveness.
- Lead the development of features, from concept to deployment, with a user-first mindset.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in Frontend Engineering.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and familiarity with frameworks like Ember.js, Node.js, or React.js.
- Independent in managing tasks and proactive in communication.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, seek clarity, and prioritize user/business needs.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in UI design, Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, Firebase.
- Personal projects or open-source contributions.
- Knowledge of machine learning concepts.
